At Pauline London, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer protection regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, dust bags, and tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is:

  • Damaged during transit
